I wasn't sure exactly what to send to the funeral home so I ended up not sending anything. Instead of sending something I decided to pay it forward in honor of an amazing woman who always paid it forward. I gave blank cards to all of my hs kids and asked them to write a letter of thanks to someone who'd made a difference in their lives. Believe it or not while they were writing, 'Uptown Funk', her favorite song was playing. #payitforward #showinggratitude
