My 8th grade did an art version of "Chopped" today. I divided them into groups and they each received the same four "ingredients". (Straws, wood, paper clips, and paint chips from the hardware store). They made awesome creations in about 30 minutes. When the time was up we had three judges listen to why they created what they did. The judges were then able to ask questions. In so proud of the groups who thought outside of the box. I remember doing this in college, but it didn't get the cool "Chopped" theme! #chopped #middleschool

Continental School has the opportunity to host the 2017 Putnam County Arts Festival on Sunday, March 12th, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. The art show will be in the high school auditorium, while the county band and choir show will take place in the high school gym! The students of Putnam County have worked very hard to prepare for this! Stop out to see and hear their incredible talents! 🎨🎤🎹🎺🎼🎷🎨
