The first year my 9 students and I were asked to paint a mural on the road, I had no idea what I was doing. We showed up with about 12 quarts of paint and an idea in my head I never even sketched out. We had no drinks, no paint rags, no sunblock, and a handful of brushes. Obviously we've grown with experience, participants, and amount of paint. Three years later with 18 kids and 22 gallons of paint we had a pretty awesome piece of art for 2017. #roadmural #fallfest

Thank you to my awesome advanced art students for working so hard, Mr. Badenhop for bringing ice cream, to Pottsy and Caleb for taking pictures with the drone, to the Fall Fest committee for lunch, and to Grant Insurance for provided a cool place to rest! It was very hot today we nearly had to peel ourselves off the pavement! Great job kids! #fallfest #roadmural #10,000degrees
