Sharpies, paint, and paper! Oh my!: It was a long, eventful and emotional week. I learned a former student of mine passed away from a long and hard fight against cancer, my family finally had our 'Gotcha Day' to make our adoption official with our baby, and other mini events happened throughout the week. At the end of the day a student handed me this note and gave me a big hug. As she walked away I asked her to come back and give me another hug. She just held on and smiled.
