Over the last two days I gave my 8-12 students a sheet of paper and an envelope. I told them to write a note of thanks/kindness to anyone in the school, they could leave it anonymous if they preferred, and I’d be sure to deliver it. For some it was a struggle and for others they wanted more paper and envelopes. It has been an awesome experience to see faces light up when people receive/read their letters of appreciation. One small gesture can change someone’s day, it can be contagious. It was for me, I wrote so many cards tonight I ran out of ink twice! This world could use more kindness. #beunnecessarilykind
